Haddington

Three potential locations have been identified in Haddington for a pump track as shown on the map. All of the sites are council-owned and would be subject to planning permission:

  1. Whittinghame Drive North (skate park/ car park side)
  2. Whittinghame Drive South (open green space/ play park side)
  3. Wellside/ A6093

1. Whittinghame Drive North (skate park/ car park side)

This location offers a large area of open space with existing play facilities on site through the skate park and pitches. Although not in the centre of Haddington, it is accessible with parking available and it is not overlooked by, or impacted by, housing or residents.

2. Whittinghame Drive South (open green space/ play park side)

This location offers a large area of open space with existing play facilities on site through the play park. Although not in the centre of Haddington there is good access and parking nearby and the area is not overlooked by housing or residents.

3. Wellside/ A6093

Wellside offers a large area of open green space close to the town's schools however its proximity to housing and limited parking opportunities in the area are considerations.
