Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH)
EESSH is a minimum standard for properties calculated by ratings within the Energy Performance Certificate. In line with Scottish Government targets, we are committed to achieving the standard ratings by 2020. Through investing in new boilers, heating controls, loft insulation, cavity wall and external wall insulation, East Lothian Council will reduce energy consumption, fuel poverty and emissions of greenhouse gases.
