Restriction of Liberty Order
This Order is designed to reduce an individual’s opportunity to offend by restricting them either to a place or from a place for a maximum of 12 hours a day. The ‘tag’ is used when a person who offends normally does so at a specific place or time so the ‘restriction of liberty’ will relate to this place or time. This can be imposed alongside a Community Payback Order, or by itself.
