Development Plan Scheme
Each planning authority is required by legislation to prepare and publish a Development Plan Scheme (DPS) at least once a year. The DPS sets out the authority's programme for preparing and reviewing the Local Development Plan and also includes a public participation statement.
East Lothian Council's Development Plan Scheme 17 (2025) is available to download.
