Supplementary Guidance (SG)
The adopted East Lothian Local Development Plan 2018 is supported by a range of statutory Supplementary Guidance (SG) documents.
Developer Contributions Framework (DCF) Supplementary Guidance
The Developer Contributions Frameworks (DCF) forms statutory Supplementary Guidance for the LDP 2018. The Scottish Ministers have reviewed the documents submitted to them and confirmed via a letter to East Lothian Council dated 8 March 2019 that they do not propose to issue a direction in relation to this guidance.
Developer Contributions Framework Supplementary Guidance - LDP 2018 is now adopted. A number of supporting documents accompany this Supplementary Guidance:

Town Centre Strategies (TCS) Supplementary Guidance
There are six Town Centre Strategies (TCS) that together form statutory Supplementary Guidance for the LDP 2018. The Scottish Ministers have reviewed the document and confirmed via a letter to East Lothian Council dated 12 April 2019 that they do not propose to issue a direction in relation to this guidance.
The Town Centre Strategies Supplementary Guidance is now adopted. Individual Town Centre Strategies are also available to download below.
