The COSLA Convention will be held in The Brunton, Musselburgh, on Friday, 29 March.
Due to the large number of delegates expected, the Gracefield Car Park located to the north of the building will not be available for public parking until around 1.30pm.
As streets in and around the venue will be busier than normal, staff and other visitors to the building may wish to consider alternative travel arrangements for the day.
