Although rainfall is lessening there are still potential flooding concerns

The main risk of flooding is related to the river Biel in West Barns and the river Tyne in Haddington. The river levels are expected to peak by 1pm this afternoon and the situation continues to be monitored.

If you do experience any flood related problems please phone the council’s Contact Centre 01875 612818

Drivers are advised to be aware of possible surface water on roads across East Lothian.
