Local residents and road users are invited to share their views on plans for a flyover at Sheriffhall Roundabout at public exhibitions in Midlothian on 18 and 19 December.

The planned flyover aims to reduce congestion and queueing around Sheriffhall, particularly at morning and evening peak times. The work is being taken forward as part of the Edinburgh and South East Scotland City Region Deal.

Public exhibitions will take place as follows:

Wednesday 18 December, 12 noon to 7pm

  • St Nicholas Buccleuch Parish Church, 119 High Street, Dalkeith EH22 1AX

Thursday 19 December, 12 noon to 7pm

  • Sheriffhall Park and Ride Terminal, Old Dalkeith Road, Dalkeith EH22 1FF

The draft Orders and Environmental Statement are available to view on the Transport Scotland website, and the exhibition material will also be available from 12 noon on 18 December.
