Following public health advice, the Scottish Government advises schools should remain OPEN until the end of term.

Public health has also confirmed our schools  and early learning and childcare settings have, and should continue with, the effective measures already in place.

We understand that some parents have been in touch to say they will keep their child at home. If you intend to keep your child at home please inform your school as you normally would.

On Tuesday 22 December, we will update parents and carers about arrangements for the start of the new term in January 2021.

Parents/carers of children at Elphinstone Primary School have been advised separately that remote learning will be in place for the final two days of term.

The nursery at Pinkie St Peter's, Musselburgh, will be closed on Monday and Tuesday.
