A preferred candidate for the vacant Head of Finance role has been identified.
Ellie Dunnet is currently Head of Finance with Maidstone Borough Council. Previous roles include working as an Audit Executive with an international accountancy firm and a secondment within the Ministry Of Housing, Communities & Local Government.
The appointment is subject to the usual pre-employment checks. A start date will be confirmed in due course.

“Ellie has a strong track record within local government finance and will be an excellent addition to the team.
