Booking community halls and facilities

We have a number of venues from halls to small community rooms available to be hired for social functions, meetings, events, seminars and youth activities.

 

None of these venues can be booked for 16th-21st birthday parties.

Make a booking

Step 1

Complete a booking enquiry 

We will contact you to let you know if the venue is available.

Step 2

If the venue you want is available read the supporting information before you apply:

  2. Risk Assessment Guidance
  3. Privacy Notice - how we protect and use your data

Also look at our pages on planning a public event and on relevant licensing like alcohol and public entertainment - if these apply to your event.

Pay for your booking

Payments can be made by credit or debit card. 

Your booking application cannot be confirmed until full payment is received.

Cancel or alter a booking

We require 10 working days notice of cancellation of a booking/let.
