The Bleachingfield Centre, located in the heart of Dunbar, is a welcoming and accessible community facility that also houses the local library. There are a number of meeting rooms and a sports hall. We also have a small children’s park outside the building.
Bleachingfield has free on-site parking. Be aware the centre is located close to the primary school so the car park can get busy at school drop off and pick up times.
Visitors have access to toilets, including accessible toilets and baby changing facilities.
Wifi available throughout, note: connection cannot be guaranteed.

We offer a range of spaces for hire:
Halls
- Hall 1 capacity = 80 persons (80m2 area)
- Hall 2 capacity =80 persons (80m2 area)
- Hall 1 and Hall 2 can also be hired together to form one larger space with a maximum capacity of 160 persons
- hot water flasks and water available on request
- suitable for: sports / exercise classes (indoor balls only), children's birthday parties, Large meetings / information sessions (theatre style)

Meeting Rooms
- Meeting Room 1 Capacity = 12 persons (30m2 area)
- Young Persons Room Capacity =25 persons (49m2 area)
- Gibb Room 1 Capacity =15 persons (35m2 area)
- Gibb Room 2 Capacity = 15 persons (33m2 area)
- Gibb Room 1 and Gibb Room 2 can be hired together to form one larger space for a maximum of 30 persons
