Eligibility and how to apply for a blue badge for your vehicle if you consider yourself to have a disability.

Application timescales: Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing a Blue Badge application.
Renewals: Please note East Lothian Council no longer sends out renewal notifications via post. These will be sent via email or text, please include this contact information in your application.
