Children's Activities

Along with Bookbug sessions, Code Clubs, Lego Clubs, Writing Clubs and Book Clubs many of our libraries run various activity sessions. For more information or to book a place contact the relevant the library. Contact details are available on the library directory.

Board Game Club

• Wallyford Library - every second Friday from 2:30pm to 3:30pm

Children's activities

• East Linton Library - Mondays and Tuesdays 3:30pm to 4:30pm - no booking required. Activities include games, lego and colouring in

Code Club

• Gullane Library - every Friday 2pm to 5pm

Craft Club

• East Linton Library - every Tuesday from 3:30pm to 4:30pm
• Dunbar Library - third Saturday of the month, 10am to midday. Free crafts for all the family - no booking required.

Dungeons and Dragons

• Musselburgh Library - every Friday from 1pm to 2:30pm and 2:45pm to 4:15pm. For ages 8 years and above and must be booked in advance.
• Prestonpans Library - every Saturday from 11:15am to 12:45pm - no booking required.
• Tranent Library - every Tuesday from 3:30pm to 4:45pm. Booking required.

Friday Fun Sessions

• Tranent Library - every Friday from 2pm to 4:30pm. Join us for activities, games and play!

Manga Club

• Dunbar Library - last Saturday of the month from 11am to midday. For ages 10 years and above. An adult will need to attend the first session with you.

PlayJam!

• Prestonpans Library - child-led open play session every Friday drop in between 2:15pm and 5pm
• Tranent Library - child-led open play session every Wednesday drop in between 2pm and 4:30pm

Pokemon Club

• Musselburgh Library - every Saturday from 2pm to 3pm - booking required

Scribblers Group

• Port Seton Library - every Thursday at 3:30pm

Stay and Play

• Tranent Library  - every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:30am to 12:30pm - for preschool children
• Musselburgh Library - after Bookbug, Thursdays and Saturdays 11am to midday - for preschool children
