Guidance for sending Marriage / Civil Partnership forms
All documents should be sent to:
haddingtonregistrars@eastlothian.gov.uk
- all documents should be scanned in a PDF format where possible.
- documents should be attached to an email and each document or page must be separate.
- payment must be made before we are able to lodge your Marriage Notice/Civil Partnership forms.
- you will need to make an appointment to visit the office to hand in all original documents already scanned to the office.
- you should send a note of your contact phone number.
