East Lothian Rehabilitation Service provides a range of self-guided solutions, as well as professional advice and support to help keep you as active and independent as possible, for as long as possible.
Our services include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, falls prevention, technology enabled care, pain management and a community care service.
Locations
Our integrated community teams are geographically cluster based:
- West – Musselburgh Primary Care Centre (MPCC)
- Central – East Lothian Community Hospital (ELCH)
ELRS also offers Active and Independent Living Clinics and Smart TEC clinics at Well Wynd Hub, Tranent.

- option 1 - to speak to a physiotherapist about a joint or muscle problem (Monday - Friday 9am - 11:30am)
- option 2 - to speak to an occupational therapist about any difficulties you are having managing daily activities
