Tenant scrutiny

Tenant scrutiny helps improve the Council’s Community Housing and Property Maintenance Service.  Involving tenants in our scrutiny helps us, as your landlord, to target services needing improvement.   The Scottish Housing Regulator requires landlords to carry out scrutiny involving tenants. We have carried out scrutiny activities in: our repairs service, signing-up new tenants, communication and estate inspections.
