Who is this service for?
The Disability Team offer an enquiry, advice and consultation service at the above times to parents, carers, other teams in Children’s Services and other professionals. This is a planned service and not a crisis or emergency service.
What will the service offer?
The Enquiry and Response Service will:
- respond to initial enquiries
- provide information about services and resources for children and young people with disabilities
- provide advice and consultation to other teams and professionals
- respond to enquiries relating to children and young people who are known to the team
