Easter Weekend Closure

Libraries across East Lothian will be closed on Friday 29th March, Saturday 30th March and Monday 1st April 2024.

Monday 10:00am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 6:00pm

Tuesday 10:00am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Click and Collect service

Borrowers are able to order specific titles or a selection of items up to a maximum of 6 per person and collect them from the library. Complete the click and collect form or contact the library direct on:

Blue Badges

Apply or renew online at Gov.uk. If you need assistance to apply for or renew a Blue Badge please telephone 01620 827827 ( ask for East Linton Library) to make an appointment with one of our staff.

  • Adult Zentangle Group - every Friday from 10:30am to 11:30am.
  • Bookbug Sessions ( for under 5's) - every Monday at 10:15am and 2:15pm. Advance booking required.
  • Book Group - every second Tuesday of the month at 10:30am.
  • Chatterbooks (ages 8 to 11 years) - every second Monday at 3:30pm to 4:30pm ( starting 15 January 2024)
  • Children's Craft Group ( ages 5 years and above) - every Tuesday at 3:30pm to 4:40pm. 
  • Adult Craft Group - every Tuesday from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
  • Lego Club - every Monday from 3:30pm to 4:30pm and Friday from 2:30pm to 3:30pm.
  • Walk and Talk Book Group - the first Tuesday of the month at 10:00am.
