If you are finding it difficult to cook for yourself, you may be interested in our meals at home service.
Under the meals at home service, frozen meals are available following an assessment by one of our social workers or health care professionals, or you can complete the referral form below.
The meals are provided by Wiltshire Farm Foods, which provides a range of high-quality, nutritionally balanced and tasty dishes that come in a variety of over 60 different options.
Wiltshire farm foods can cater for specific needs such as:
Meals are delivered fortnightly and can be stored in your freezer until you are ready to cook them. Re-orders are placed directly with the Wiltshire farm foods delivery person.
All meals are cooked in a microwave. If you do not have a microwave and freezer you will not be able to place an order.
There is a standard charge for the meals provision service, which will be explained to you at the time of your assessment.
