Supporting you to live independently at home

We know that people want to live in their own homes, or a homely setting for as long as possible.

You can't predict when your circumstances might change.  An injury, health diagnosis, or illness deterioration may mean you require some additional support (short, medium or long-term) to help maintain your independence.

Social Care services can provide temporary, medium or long-term support to help you maintain your independence at home.
