Tenant Participation Strategy
Our Tenant Participation Strategy for 2020-23 was approved at Cabinet in November 2020. The Strategy, jointly developed with East Lothian Tenants and Residents Panel, highlights that tenants can get involved in a way that suits them and recognises the new ways that we are now engaging with tenants digitally with online meetings.
We are currently reviewing our Tenant Participation Strategy and drafting a new one for the next 3 years. The Strategy highlights how tenants can get involved and participate with us and the different methods we will use to inform, consult and encourage tenants to participate with us.
