Terms and Conditions for Purchase Orders
These Contracts apply when the Council issues a Purchase Order Form to the Supplier and there is no existing validly executed contract between the Council and the Supplier concerning the Services, Goods, or Consultancy Services (as defined in the relevant contract). The Purchase Order Form further specifies the circumstances under which these Contracts shall be deemed incorporated.
