The items listed are designed to help with minor tasks inside or outside your home. The self selection service does not affect an individual's right to an assessment. You can request minor adaptations for yourself or on behalf of a relative or someone you care for.

If you are requesting an adaptation, we will arrange for a trained and authorised tradesperson to come and install it at a time that suits you. All of the tradespeople we work with will carry identification and will be happy to show it to you before you allow them into your home.
