Help yourself to live a healthier, happier and more independent life. Access a number of resources, information guides and support materials and reach out to local community organisations.
We are actively working with our partners in the NHS and the voluntary sector to ensure that everyone in the community can make food choices that lead to a safe, balanced and nutritious diet.
The central message we wish to promote in relation to food and health is balance. The Eating for Health model below shows the major food groups and the proportions of each food group required for a balanced diet.
