Business Rates Freedom of Information requests
To address frequent requests for Business Rates information made under the Freedom of Information Act we now publish, on a regular basis, reports that contain the most frequently requested types of data. Personal information is removed from these reports prior to publication.
The information will be uploaded and made available on a quarterly basis.
Reports available are:
Business Rates full extract - Contains details of all properties, their rateable value, assessor reference, property type, details of any reliefs, and where an incorporated company or charity is liable, details of the liable name and their contact address.
Business Rates credits - Contains details of all incorporated companies and charities that currently have a credit on their account.
Business Rates relief recipients - Contains details of all properties in receipt of relief.
