Rateable value and revaluation 2023
The most recent revaluation of business properties in Scotland is effective from 1 April 2023 and will remain in force until the next revaluation scheduled for 1 April 2026.
Although we are not responsible for setting rateable values, we will try to assist with any general enquiries you may have.
