Brunton Theatre Players

Aged 18 or over? Interested in acting? This is the group for you! No experience is necessary, just an interest in acting and lots of enthusiasm.

Run by professional actor and experienced drama tutor Paul Murray, Brunton Players gives budding actors the opportunity to perform their finished piece on stage at The Brunton.

Brunton Theatre Players meet on Mondays from 7pm to 9pm in the Rehearsal Room at The Brunton, Musselburgh. There is a weekly charge of £5 per class, payable in advance in term blocks.

Active Arts

The Active Arts programme offers older adults living in East Lothian a range of day time creative workshops which are fun and inspiring, at The Brunton in Musselburgh.

Can Do Creative

Try your hand at a range of arts and crafts activities. No experience needed.

Can Do Creative meets on Mondays from 2pm - 4pm at Longniddry Library, or on Wednesdays from 10am to 12noon at the Fraser Centre, Tranent. Classes are £3 per week.

Seated Exercise

These popular weekly gentle exercise classes are for people of all abilities. Working out to classic hits from the '50s to '00s, you'll learn some new moves to all your favourite tunes, without having to leave your seat.

Seated Exercise classes take place on Tuesdays from 10.30am to 11.30am in the dance studio at Musselburgh East Community Learning Centre. Classes are £2.50 per week.

Dramarama

Do you have a budding actor inside of you? No acting experience necessary. Just pop along and join in fun workshops that will hone your drama skills and techniques.

Acting Up classes take place on Wednesdays from 10.30am to 12.30pm in the Rehearsal Room at The Brunton, Musselburgh. Classes are £3.50 per week.
