Supporting you to live independently at home

East Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership is committed to supporting people to live longer, healthier lives closer to home, in their own home or in a homely setting.

There are times when you might benefit from getting some additional support to help with daily activities in your own home, and/or engaging in community activities to support your mental wellbeing.

We also can't predict when our circumstances might change.  An injury, health diagnosis, or illness deterioriation may mean you require some additional support (short, medium or long-term) to help maintain your independence.

There are a wide range of Social Care support options available including:  image of a older man and younger woman sitting on a sofa in a living room. The older man is laughing while the woman smiles on holding his hand.
