Consultation on Development Plan Scheme 2024 Participation Statement

A 6-week period of public consultation on the Council's annual Development Plan Scheme Participation Statement (2024) will run from Friday 20 December 2024 until Friday 31 January 2025. Please visit the Consultation Hub to take part.

Chief Planning Officer

The Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (as amended) requires that each planning authority must appoint a Chief Planning Officer. Our Chief Planning Officer is Keith Dingwall (MRTPI).
