Option 4
Option 4 allows you to choose one or more of the other options when designing your support package. You may wish to be in control of some of your support arrangements but would prefer the council manage other parts of it.
This might mean, for example, that you use Option 2 to direct what agency you want to use but also use Option 3 to ask the council to contract with a respite provider on your behalf.
Before we set up any support for you, you will need to have an assessment to make sure you are eligible for this.
