East Lothian and Midlothian rural community projects can now apply for the latest round of grants from the Tyne & Esk Rural Communities Development Fund.

  • Work to start on new play area at Lauderdale Park, Dunbar

    Construction work to renew and improve the play area in Lauderdale Park, Dunbar is due to start on Tuesday 22 October. The play area will be cordoned off but access to the rest of the park will be unaffected.

    Partnership working between East Lothian Council, Marine Scotland, RHDHV, Southbay, East Coast Masonry, the North Berwick Harbour Trust and members of the public was key to funding and completing the work at storm-damaged North Berwick Harbour wall.
