Temporary premises licences

The Licensing Board will only grant a temporary premises licence if satisfied that the temporary premises are suitable for the sale of alcohol and that it is necessary to grant the application to enable the licence holder to carry on his business.

If a temporary licence is granted under these circumstances, it will automatically have the same conditions that are attached to the principal premises licence, unless the Board sees fit to except them or vary them as required.
