Rules for adding a person to your tenancy, passing it on to someone who lives with you and signing it over to someone else, have changed. In most circumstances you MUST have notified us about a person living with you, 12 months BEFORE the change. Please complete and send to your Housing Officer, the form at 'Read More' below. The 12 months starts from the date of submission.
